The spark
Encocoa’s journey began when its founder, Dawn, was looking to spice up some chocolate chip cookies. She dreamt of a new baking chocolate infused with chile to bring a modern twist to classic recipes. Dawn signed up for chocolate school and was spellbound.

Crafting joy
Encocoa was created to bring the special joy of craft chocolate beyond the bar to more chocolate formats. We’re reimagining favorites with our bite-sized single-origin chocolate, infused chocolate chips, and no-fuss fondue kits.

Ethical and sustainable practices
We take care to source ingredients that are transparently and ethically traded and grown with sustainability in mind.
We buy local and organic ingredients when possible and never use artificial colors or flavors in our products.
Our packaging is compostable or recyclable. We continually look for creative ways to reduce our waste, such as making paper with our cocoa shells.
